Introduction

The safety, comfort and cleanliness of our properties have been an integral piece of our operational philosophy since we opened. We have refined these mantras over the preceding weeks in preparation of welcoming our team members and guests back home once Las Vegas reopens. The sanitation plan that follows is a general overview of the measures already taken and the new policies that have been developed for the safety and enjoyment of those on our properties. Each piece of our business has more detailed, department-specific guidance that accompanies this outline. As needed, this reopening plan will adjust to the most up-to-date practices as outlined by local, state and federal authorities.

A Brief History

Prior to the closure of nonessential business in Nevada, our companies have been dedicated to providing those on property with best of class cleanliness and sanitation. As the COVID-19 situation developed, our team was in constant observation of the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Occupational Safety and Health Origination (OSHA) websites. In preparation for the reopening of Nevada’s businesses, we have been steadfast in learning best practices from these expert organizations alongside other credible informational services. We have always taken pride in the level of cleanliness our properties provide. This standard has necessarily been taken over the top and we are confident in welcoming team members and guests back to Downtown Las Vegas.

INITIAL MEASURES AGAINST COVID-19

We adopted improved sanitation practices early on, which were continuously polished in the weeks leading up to closure.

✓ The substitution of a varied list of cleaning solutions to only those that kill, among others, Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV), Influenza, Human Coronavirus, Rotavirus, Norovirus, Rhinovirus, Aspergillus and Trichophyton Mentagrophytes on all surfaces that guests or team members would reasonably come in contact with.
✓ Placed hand sanitizing dispensers with alcohol-based fluid at property entrances, throughout the public areas of the casino and back of the house.
✓ Communication chain developed and practiced, in the event of a confirmed case. All necessary protocols developed to promote the safety of all involved when managing the situation.
✓ All frequently touched items on property were placed on a strict, time-based sanitation schedule.
✓ A full disinfection of the common employee areas was conducted. Cleaning materials for these spaces were substituted for chemicals confirmed to kill COVID-19.
✓ Frequent communication with team members reinforced practices old and new such as the proper use of PPE, hand washing techniques and the social considerations of how to cover coughs and sneezes.
✓ Any team member exhibiting symptoms, or those that have come in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, have been and will continue to be advised to stay home.

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES TAKEN WHILE YOU WERE GONE

Being apart from our exceptional team and our wonderful guests has been challenging. It has, however, afforded the opportunity to conduct a full-scale property sanitation which would have been quite disruptive otherwise.

An EPA-approved, industrial-grade disinfectant fumigated the closed building. This is done over the course of several days and includes every inch of the property, including each guest room in the Hotel. This fumigation occurred once when the business was closed and again in preparation for reopening.
Extensive air handler cleaning and maintenance, including the units in every hotel room. We have always exceeded the manufacturer suggested schedule on the replacement of air filters. Out of the abundance of caution, this frequency was further accelerated Property HVAC units have been reconfigured to bring 100% of the air from outside of the building.
A deep clean of all flooring on property was conducted, including an EPA-approved sanitizing solution that was added and extracted from all carpeted areas.
Each hotel room was sanitized top-to-bottom and is ready for your return.
All table games, slot machines, bars, restaurants, seating areas and office spaces have been broken down to the greatest reasonable extent, cleaned and disinfected with approved chemicals.

HOTEL & CASINO PROPERTY-WIDE POLICY

All employees will be outfitted with and required to wear personal protective equipment specific to their position and responsibilities.
All guests and team members will be subject to a mandatory body temperature screening upon entry to the property. A combination of walk-through temperature scanners and contactless thermometers will be used for guest convenience and testing accuracy.

Physical distancing marks have been placed on the ground throughout public areas where
Alcohol-based sanitizer dispensers remain at all property entrances and in convenient locations throughout the building.
Our company’s moratorium on the attendance policy will continue. Team members will be required to stay home if exhibiting any symptoms of Coronavirus and will be encouraged to bring any concerns to their supervisor.

All frequently touched items throughout the property have been place on a strict disinfection schedule. This includes all table games, slot machines and bar tops.
